Newly Qualified Architect (Part 3) - Heritage & Conservation Location: Oxford Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Oxford that specialises in heritage and conservation-led projects, and they are now looking to appoint a newly qualified Part 3 Architect to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architect at the early stage of their career to gain hands-on experience working on listed buildings, historic fabric, sensitive refurbishments, and heritage-led new interventions across Oxfordshire and the wider region. The Role You will be involved across all RIBA stages, with particular exposure to: Heritage and conservation projects, including listed buildings Measured surveys, historic analysis, and technical design Planning and listed building consent applications Working closely with senior architects, conservation officers, and consultants The practice offers strong mentorship, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop specialist conservation expertise in a supportive studio environment.
