We are looking for a Store Manager to join Team OB in our Kingston store.

As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity, and joy by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximizing sales.

This will be a flexible contract, meaning you will have a fixed number of hours you will work per week across a variety of days and shifts.

OB Store Managers will:

* Analyse a variety of reports to measure the success of the store and team.
* Work with KPIs to evaluate the store’s performance and identify development areas.
* Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to all team members, ensuring their personal objectives and the store’s objectives are met.
* Conduct progress meetings and appraisals for all team members, setting them SMART goals to work towards.
* Communicate any development/training issues identified to the Area Manager and People Advisor.
* Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered by the team at all times.
* Ensure the team adheres to OB operational standards.
* Maintain an approachable yet authoritative written and verbal communication style, in keeping with the Oliver Bonas tone of voice.
