The Commercial Assistant's main responsibilities are:
* Support the Commercial Manager and Contract Managers in the management of costs.
* Assist the commercial team with forecasting and reporting.
* Support the commercial team in paying subcontractors and raising invoices to the client.
* Assist with raising orders to the supply chain and compiling subcontract agreements.
* Support in negotiations with our supply chain.
* Monitor and escalate any issues where required.
Required skills and experience:
* Experience of working within multiple teams.
* Strong numerical skills.
* Good organisational skills.
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Capacity to meet tight deadlines.
