Fit-Out Project Manager Location: Woking Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Package Start Date: ASAP Role Summary An experienced Fit-Out Project Manager is required to deliver commercial interior fit-out projects across Surrey and surrounding areas. You will manage projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programme, quality, and commercial targets are achieved. This role suits a driven, client-facing Project Manager with strong CAT A & CAT B experience. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects from inception to completion Oversee site teams and subcontractors Manage programme and ensure delivery to deadlines Monitor budgets and control costs Attend client meetings and provide progress updates Ensure H&S compliance and RAMS approval Coordinate design, procurement, and subcontract packages Manage snagging and handover process Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience delivering commercial fit-out projects Experience working as a Project Manager within the fit-out sector Strong client-facing communication skills Ability to manage multiple subcontract trades Strong programme management capability Qualifications SMSTS CSCS (Black or Gold preferred) First Aid (desirable) Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree desirable) Package & Benefits £60,000 - £65,000 basic salary Car allowance or company vehicle (if applicable) Pension Holiday allowance Clear progression pathway
