We’re working with a highly ranked national law firm looking to appoint a 1–3 PQE Residential Development Property Solicitor to join their Birmingham office on a hybrid working basis.
Salary: £67,000–£74,500
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

This is a replacement role due to relocation, meaning you’ll step into an established and varied caseload from day one.
The work will cover:
* Acquisitions, disposals, and exchanges of land and property, including serviced parcels
* Overage arrangements and security
* Strategic work – option agreements, promotion agreements, and hybrids
* Collaboration, consortium, and joint venture arrangements, including site assembly
* Planning and infrastructure agreements
* Building licences and development agreements
* Development management agreements
