Room Leader
An opportunity has become available for a Senior Early Years Practitioner / Room Leader at an independent children's day nursery in Orpington.
The nursery setting places a strong emphasis on staff recognition, providing a supportive working environment, whilst offering the opportunity for both development and career progression.
Position Details
Your role will include:
1. Supporting children throughout their Early Years stages
2. Planning, preparing and evaluating children’s daily activities
3. Carrying out observations, planning and providing next steps to enhance children’s development
4. Working with parents and careers to promote children’s learning and development

You will ideally have:
1. A level 3 Early Years qualification such as NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent
2. A good understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS framework
3. An understanding of observations and developmental reports procedures
4. Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
