Job Description
I'm on the lookout for a talented Maintenance Engineer who thrives on problem-solving and loves the challenge of keeping production lines running smoothly. This is a hands-on, first-fix role with the opportunity to grow into a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer.

What you'll be doing:
* Carrying out first-fix reactive maintenance on a variety of production and packaging machinery
* Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults quickly and efficiently
* Minimising downtime and ensuring smooth daily operations
* Supporting continuous improvement projects and proactive maintenance strategies
* Collaborating closely with engineering and production teams
Shift pattern:
* 4 on / 4 off (2days/2nights)
Salary:
* up to £53,000
What you'll need:
* Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer
* Relevant Engineering qualifications
* Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
* Ideally experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments (not essential)
* Multi-skilled (mechanical/electrical) preferred
* PLC experience would be a bonus
