Job Overview
Thanet Primary School is looking to appoint a full-time member of the administration team. This post reports directly to the Executive SBM.
Contract and Salary Details: Contract: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only plus five training days (195 days). Grade: 3, Scp 5-7, £22,074 - £22,781 per annum (actual salary).
Job Requirements
* Undertake reception duties, answering general telephone and face‑to‑face enquiries and signing in visitors
* Assist with pupil first aid/welfare duties, looking after sick pupils, liaising with parents/staff
* Provide general clerical/admin support
* Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems
* Undertake typing and word‑processing and other IT based tasks
* Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required
