Role Overview:
As the Electrician, you will be responsible for completing reactive repairs and a range of electrical works across commercial buildings, schools, residential properties, and social housing. You will work within a designated patch, ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and delivering high-quality work to clients and tenants.
The Electrician will be:
* Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in commercial buildings, schools, residential properties, and social housing.
* Completing electrical works including repairs, upgrades, and remedials in tenanted properties.
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with 18th Edition regulations.
* Using a PDA or paperwork to record findings and complete certificates accurately.
