Key Responsibilities
* Handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including tribunal claims, strategic advisory matters, transactional support, and employee relations advice.
* Work closely with clients across the firm’s core sectors, providing pragmatic, commercially driven solutions.
* Lead business development initiatives, nurturing existing client relationships and securing new opportunities.

* 7+ years of PQE in Employment law as a Solicitor (registered to practice in England and Wales).
