Retail Sales Trainer
We at Powerforce GB are looking for a Retail Sales Trainer to join our field marketing team, delivering training and brand development for Lenovo and Motorola across South West England.
Key Information
* Salary: £25,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + company car
* Contract: Full time, Permanent
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (occasional weekend in lieu for events)
* Territory: Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea, Swindon, South West England
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions to retail store teams.
* Become a Lenovo & Motorola product expert and share knowledge with confidence.
* Inspire sales by coaching, motivating, and supporting retail staff.
* Boost visibility and sales with merchandising, promotions, and POS displays.
* Represent global brands at events and product launches.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Experience in retail, training, or customer‑facing roles (consumer electronics/tech retail a strong advantage).
* Passion for technology and willingness to learn.
* Full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months.
