Following the successand local demand for our services we are delighted to announce thatwe will be opening a secondary school located in Newbury WestBerkshire in September 2024 you willjoin us within Amegreen Educationwhich encompasses our Alternative Learning Farm provisions situatedacross rural West Berkshire andOxfordshire.
Across our network of Alternativelearning provisions Therapy Centre and Childrens homes ourdedicated and experienced school staff work in collaboration withspecialist teams of professionals to enable every young person toexplore and develop their own unique talents. We enablepossibilities and opportunities through our variety of servicesalong with the stability of a schoolplacement.
Tasks
Therole:
* Have provenexperience in teaching English in asecondarydepartment.
* Have proventhemselves as a good or outstanding secondary teacher with anexcellent record of classroom practice.
* Make asignificant contribution to our drive to raise standards progressand attainment with an excellent understanding of assessment forlearning.
* Have high expectations of pupilbehaviour and achievement as well as the ability to communicatethis to others and demonstrate excellent behaviour managementskills.
* Support the development of a curriculumthrough their own subject knowledge passion for teaching andrelentless drive for securing the best academic achievements forour children.
* Be a highly motivated individualwith a commitment to providing high quality teaching and learningopportunities for our children.
* Have a realdesire to work as a team collaborate and developprofessionally.
* Be prepared to go the extramile for our children and families.
* Becommitted to safeguarding and understand the importance of keepingall our childrensafe.
