Role Summary: As a Project Manager at A&L MEICA, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the water and sewage sector. You will be responsible for managing client enquiries, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, and leading site and operational staff to meet project specifications and company targets.
What we are looking for:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage client enquiries and ensure adherence to health and safety procedures.
2. Oversee project planning, pricing, and delivery.
3. Lead and supervise site and operational staff.
4. Develop risk assessments and safe systems of work.
5. Engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
6. Procure necessary resources and ensure compliance with client specifications.
7. Commit to achieving company targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Full commercial control of projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Experience in a contracting environment is desirable.
2. Familiarity with NEC Contracts (training available).
3. Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
4. Strong communication and leadership skills.
5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe systems of work.
6. Relevant engineering experience and qualifications.
7. Full clean driving licence.
