Recruiting a FOH Duty Manager for City Centre restaurant
We're looking for a Front of House Duty Manager to join our Team.
Ideally you'll have experience in a high end restaurants, with a natural flair for first class service and a love for all things people.
We offer candidates excellent base rates + TRONC & Cash gratuities. (£3-4 per hour extra ) averages at an extra 8k per year. Base salary £29,250 (£12.50 per hour) plus tips work approx earn £37,250 per annum. This role would be 45 hours per week.

As well as having a professional experience in;
* Being onsite in absence of General Manager.
* Running service in a busy fast paced hospitality environment
* Completing daily site compliance checks
