The successful candidate will support day-to-day management of pension schemes, ensuring they run smoothly, comply with legislation, and meet the needs of members and stakeholders.
This role includes maintaining accurate records, processing contributions and benefit payments, managing member communications, and handling events such as retirements, transfers, and deaths. Administrators liaise with employers, trustees, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely reporting and adherence to scheme rules and statutory requirements. Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and a clear understanding of pension regulations are essential to support both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes effectively.
