We are seeking an HR & Recruitment Advisor to join our esteemed HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing business based in the Lancaster area. The successful applicant will be offered a full time, permanent position as part of our HR team.
Key tasks will include:
* Managing the end-to-end cycle of the candidate's journey into their new role, from welcoming them on day one to providing them with the skills and confidence to acquire their desired role
* Working with the team to actively contribute to achieving company objectives through effective collaboration with the team
* Liaising with hiring managers to gain insight into what their needs are and how you can help provide resources to meet these needs
* Utilising effective recruitment methods with resources such as LinkedIn, online job boards and building productive relationships with clients
What qualities the successful applicant will possess:
* Strong interpersonal skills and able to build confidence in candidates through effective coaching
* Professional attitude and manner when approaching clients and thorough knowledge of the framework around recruitment
* Competency with Microsoft Office and computer literate
What qualifications and experience should the successful applicant possess:
* Recruiting experience of 1 year minimum
* HR advisory experience of one year minimum
What we are offering:
* Permanent full-time position of 37.5 hours a week
