DP World is looking for a Cycle Counter to join our team in Minworth on the AM shift. The Cycle Counter helps confirm the accuracy of inventory levels reflected in our inventory management system by counting select products regularly.
Shift pattern: AM Shift: Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm
How you will contribute
* Answer routine and non-routine inquiries involving the collection, verification, and dissemination of material levels and customer needs.
* Operate according to Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a “Right First Time” product for the customer.
* Complete cycle counts following the JLR parts schedule.
* Control all paperwork related to cycle counts and adjustments.
* Reconcile cycle count results with AOS and SAP stock figures and escalate discrepancies.
* Respond to customer inquiries and anticipate future needs.
* Coordinate pack line discrepancies and reconcile with inbound supplier paperwork to identify root causes.
* Conduct random cycle counts of completed packages in the ship lanes to ensure system alignment before shipping.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
* Produce KPI reports for cycle counts, including Pareto analysis to support continuous improvement.
