Key Responsibilities Loading materials and unloading finished products Cutting, grinding, or drilling materials as requiredadjusting speeds, cutter paths, and other machine settings accordingly Adhering to company procedures, operating standards, and process documentation, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines Maintaining an accurate log of production, equipment issues, adjustments, and repairs Conducting machine inspections to identify mechanical or safety concerns Ensuring machines are well stocked with tools and materials to minimise downtime Prioritising safety to protect oneself and others around operational machinery Demonstrating flexibility to support production demands during peak periods Collaborating effectively with team members Maintaining strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Exhibiting excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience working to high-quality standards on precision components Knowledge of safety and manufacturing regulations and procedures
