We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse RNLD to join a small residential setting in Bristol supporting two individuals with complex needs. This is a full-time, permanent role working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading community complex care providers.
The position offers a salary of £50,000–£55,000 per year plus a company car or monthly car allowance, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with no shift work required.
You will lead the clinical team, ensure high-quality care, and support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential service. This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse RNLD with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all clinical aspects of care for service users in a residential setting.
Support the Registered Manager and deputise when required.
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of support workers.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
Act as shift leader, ensuring safe staffing levels and quality care delivery.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

2 service users with complex needs:
1 service user with 4:1 care
1 service user with 2:1 care
1 Registered Manager
Dedicated team of support workers providing 24/7 care
Requirements
RNLD qualification with valid NMC registration.
Previous experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse RNLD or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting.
Strong leadership, clinical, and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high care standards.
