We're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Glasgow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building strong client relationships, and working towards uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted emails
* Identify and engage potential clients across relevant industries
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
* Present and pitch solutions to new and existing clients
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
* Maintain long-term client relationships to maximise repeat business
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Essential Requirements
* Previous B2B sales experience (any sector)
* Proven track record in new business development
* Confident in cold calling and outbound prospecting
* Experience using LinkedIn and email for lead generation
* Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills
* Highly self-motivated and target-driven
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritise effectively
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Familiarity with CRM systems
* Experience working in a commercial or consultative sales environment
