We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our client in the Cotswolds! With a busy summer approaching our client are looking to add to heir front-of-house leadership team at their elegant Cotswold hotel. Offering refined dining, a stylish bar, and warm country charm, they pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a stunning rural setting.
About the Role:
As Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, youll support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of our restaurant and bar, helping lead a passionate team, maintain high standards of service, and ensure smooth, efficient service throughout the day from breakfast through to dinner and drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the day-to-day management of the restaurant and bar
* Lead and inspire the FOH team, delivering a consistently high standard of service
* Support with rotas, staff training, and performance management
* Oversee bar operations, including stock control and presentation
* Handle guest feedback professionally to maintain excellent customer satisfaction
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations
What Were Looking For:
* Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a hotel or quality restaurant/bar setting
* A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and drink
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Organised, calm under pressure, and guest-focused
* Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and local produce a plus
