Main responsibilities would include operation and maintenance of mechanical products, equipment, systems, or processes to achieve business requirements and serve our customer's needs. This would include reviewing technical documents for planned works, conferring with other personnel to resolve design or operational problems, evaluating characteristics of equipment and systems and management of Contractors.
* Successfully worked within a building services environment with a minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
* Due to the nature of the role, customer facing skills are essential.
* Competent to undertake first line fault finding and repairs; pipework, plumbing and basic electrical works
* Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) to enable fault finding & monitoring
* M&E PPM experience
