Senior & Complex Care Support Workers

3 Positions Available – Including 1 Lead Carer

We are recruiting experienced carers to support a client with complex medical needs in Hackney.
This is a structured care package delivered 7 days per week, shared across 3 carers on a rota basis:
* 4 call-outs per day
* 3 call-outs on dialysis days (3 days per week)
This role involves supporting a client undergoing dialysis and living with an amputation. We are looking for confident carers who are experienced in complex care, comfortable with movement and handling, and able to work consistently within a small team.
This is not a general care role. Experience in managing medical needs and working to clear care plans is essential.
Responsibilities
* Personal care and hygiene support
* Movement and handling support
* Assistance with mobility and amputee care
* Support around dialysis days
* Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
* Meal preparation aligned with dietary requirements
* Medication prompts
* Light domestic support
* Maintaining accurate care records
* Working collaboratively with other carers
Lead Carer Responsibilities (1 Position)
In addition to the above, the Lead Carer will:
* Oversee rota coordination
* Support communication between carers and family
* Ensure care standards are maintained
* Assist with onboarding new carers
* Take ownership of care planning and reporting
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in complex care
* Confident with movement and handling
* Experience supporting dialysis patients preferred
* Experience supporting amputees preferred
* Calm, organised and reliable
* Strong communication skills
* Right to work in the UK
