Location: Potters Bar or Orpington (Kent) office 3 days per week in the office
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + attractive benefits package

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Senior Health & Safety Consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of construction projects across housing, education, commercial, and public sector portfolios.
In this role, you will:
Act as a H&S Advisor/ CDM Advisor in line with CDM Regulations 2015.
Provide competent health & safety and risk management advice to clients, designers, and contractors.
Prepare and issue pre-construction information, compile construction phase plans and health & safety files.
Undertake site inspections and audits, reporting findings and providing practical solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and clear communication.
About You
They are looking for someone who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and confident working both independently and within a team. Ideally, you will have:
A strong understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations and construction health & safety.
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) essential.
Membership of APS, IOSH or working towards (desirable).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to influence and engage project stakeholders.
