Accounts Assistant Urmston £28,000 doe My client are a leading installation and project management firm, seeking a proven sales ledger assistant This is the ideal role for an experienced candidate who is accustomed to managing and collating detailed sales invoices Using cost and project management systems to produce detailed sales invoices Collating purchase orders, inputting onto finance portals for invoice factoring Credit control, liaising with customers, calling monthly to remind of payment date and reconciling cash received Processing purchase ledger invoices against receipted purchase orders Preparation and posting of supplier payment runs Undertaking all other administrative duties as and when required The ideal candidate shall have strong sales ledger experience and be accustomed to using cost and project management systems to obtain any missing information to produce accurate invoices In return, my client offers an excellent benefit package including pension, death in service, private healthcare, eye care, cycle to work and 33 days annual leave rising to 34 days inclusive of bank holidays and on-site free parking For further information about this opportunity please call Hannah at Forrest Recruitment for a confidential discussion 0161 928 9268.
