* Manage a varied caseload of residential development matters
* Assist senior team members with a breadth of more complex matters

You
* 3+ years PQE in commercial property
* Ambitious and commercially astute
* Aptitude and enthusiasm for business development
* Previous experience in residential development or strategic land is desirable
