We are recruiting a Teacher at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Working hours: 32.50
Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Until 31st August 2027
Location: White Rose Primary School
We pay an attractive salary of £33,731 - £51,942 and offer access to training and development opportunities.
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who shares our ethos of believe, learn and grow together.
The right person will be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for children’s learning, behaviour and well-being, and the ability to make lessons engaging across the curriculum. They will enjoy working as part of a supportive team, be keen to develop professionally and contribute to the life of the school.
Building positive relationships with families and the wider community is key, alongside a real commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and helping every child reach their full potential in all areas.
For the role, we ask that you have:
1. Qualified teacher status and current EWC registration.
2. Evidence of successful relevant teaching experience including teaching practice.
3. Ability to create a challenging and effective learning environment and have effective pupil management skills.
