Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum
2. Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions for students
3. Assisting students with special educational needs (SEN) and additional learning needs

5. Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching staff

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:
11. Experience working with children or young people (school, coaching, youth work, etc.)
12. Strong communication and classroom management skills
13. A passion for education and supporting student development
14. Ability to adapt to different school environments in Telford
15. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Salary
£90 to £110 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
