Key Responsibilities Providing direct support to solicitors on a range of commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and development matters. Drafting and preparing legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence. Conducting Land Registry searches, completing SDLT forms, and managing post-completion work. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions smoothly. Maintaining and updating case files and the firm's case management system. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures. About You Prior experience working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in commercial or residential property law is essential. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office. A proactive and professional approach to client service.
