Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality administrative support to the senior leadership team and wider staff • Manage incoming communications including emails, phone calls and correspondence • Maintain accurate student records and update school management information systems • Support attendance monitoring and student data administration • Assist with school admissions and transitions processes • Coordinate meetings, events and appointments for staff and leadership • Prepare documentation, reports and internal communications • Support the organisation of school events, examinations and parents’ evenings • Maintain confidential records and ensure data protection procedures are followed • Provide a professional first point of contact for visitors, parents and external partners • Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to support school operations • Assist with general office administration including filing, record keeping and scheduling School Environment The school prides itself on being a welcoming and inclusive place to work.
