About the Role
Ashford Hospital is seeking a passionate and adaptable Hospital Pharmacist to join our team with a focus on admission based clinical pharmacy. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across a variety of clinical areas, including oncology pharmacy services.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to:
 * Ward-based clinical pharmacy services focusing on admission
 * Oncology and chemotherapy review and dispensing
 * Medication safety and stewardship initiatives
 * Hospital dispensary services
 * After-hours roster participation
This position is ideal for pharmacists looking to broaden their clinical expertise in a supportive and progressive hospital environment.
About You
You are a proactive and team-oriented pharmacist who:
 * Holds current general registration with AHPRA
 * Demonstrates sound clinical knowledge and communication skills
 * Is committed to safe and effective medication management
 * Has a keen interest in oncology and hospital pharmacy practice
