Administration Team Leader
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £30,000-35,000 (DoE)
Hours: Full-Time (8.30am - 5.15pm) In office
Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional Administration Team Leader with Financial Services experience to work in this busy and successful SJP Partner Practice in Lincoln.
You will be part of a fast-paced team, managing the workflow and offering support as required. This business is well established and highly successful. You will be employed by the Practice.
The Role: Administration Team Leader
o Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Advisers / Practice Manager
o Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication
o Be the point of escalation for complex client queries, liaising with the respective adviser, clients and third parties as appropriate
o Ensure Practice Support Specialists perform their key functions consistently and efficiently through effective people management skill and processes
o Provide technical support and training to new/junior staff joining the practice
o Manage holiday bookings for team members
o Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication
o Ensure that files are complete with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms
o Process applications accurately and record the required management information
o Progress complex applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner
The Person: Administration Team Leader
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.
o You will have been working in Financial Services for several years and have good all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop
o You have excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organised and can make decisions
o Ideally, you have used the CRM Salesforce
o You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision
o It is essential that as a Senior Administrator you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
o Experience of managing client accounts and relationships.
