Bluelight specialises in CRM, web, and data solutions that help not-for-profit and membership organisations build trust, strengthen relationships, and make better decisions. As an Umbraco Gold Partner and Microsoft Business Applications Partner, we bring together powerful platforms like Umbraco CMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to deliver tailored, user-friendly solutions that grow with our clients.
Bluelight’s vision is to fundamentally alter how technology and change projects are delivered and perceived in the Membership and Association sector. We do this through continuous innovation in our technology and services but also in our approach, which is collaborative, open and honest.
We pride ourselves on our technical background as well as being an innovative, collaborative and highly efficient company. Our operational strategy is to continuously invest in improving our own BlueCRM and BlueCMS products as well as the other services we offer.
In December 2024, Bluelight completed the process of transitioning to being 100% employee-owned. This means our entire company is now held in trust for current and future employees. We are a small, friendly, fun and relaxed company and our people are at the heart of what we do. We value honesty and trust and consider everybody at Bluelight to be an appreciated, supported and respected team member.
