The Global Product Organization is responsible for delivering world-class products and services to our customers across both Comcast and Sky. Together, we offer the best and broadest range of content, deliver market-leading customer service, and use innovative technologies to give customers the best possible TV, Broadband and Mobile experience. The newly formed Global Product Business Operations team supports the organization by simplifying decision-making, driving efficiencies, and creating meaningful ways to measure outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Operations, the Director will be directly responsible for the global operations of the Global Devices Organization, Global Design Organization, and part of the Global Entertainment Experience Product Management Organization. The Director of Business Operations will support the Global Product Organization, a globally integrated team across Comcast and Sky. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial stewardship, and strategic alignment across global product initiatives. This leader will collaborate across functions to implement efficient solutions, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
What You\'ll Do
* Drive Strategic Programs: Lead the development, validation, and execution of strategic business cases for programs spanning across the organization. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align initiatives with the team strategy, drive financial and operational impact, and ensure successful delivery of transformative outcomes.
* Lead Business Transformation: Directly manage and influence labour analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize workforce capacity, and support investment planning. Leverage data-driven insights to align labour resources with business priorities, improve operational efficiency, and guide long-term workforce investments. Build predictive models to forecast labour demand based on business growth and strategic initiatives. Translate complex labour data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
* Deliver Executive Insights: Develop and manage a new executive-level dashboard, turning complex data from across the business into a clear, compelling narrative. You will collaborate with multiple teams to source and present key metrics that will directly inform strategic decision-making for our senior leadership team.
* Enhance Operational Excellence: Act as a key partner to various teams, using your analytical skills to support cross-functional projects, identify opportunities for process improvement, and ensure our strategic objectives are on track.
What You\'ll Bring
* Deliver financial forecasts to support monthly and quarterly processes related to month end, budget, and long-range planning
* Manage a small global team spanning across the U.S. and U.K. supporting day to day work across time zones for operational and strategic efforts. Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
* Streamline and automate internal processes between Comcast and Sky.
* Demonstrable experience in supporting or managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional strategic projects from start to finish.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proven experience in using data to track project performance, identify trends, and inform strategic business decisions.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and present complex information clearly to senior leadership
* Experience in business process improvement or transformation projects, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to changing priorities.
* High proficiency in creating reports and dashboards for an executive audience, using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau).
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers. On campus, you\'ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
