We're looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join inclusive and welcoming schools across the Northampton area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills within a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD and speech & language difficulties. Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment. Support pupils with communication, sensory and emotional development. Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities. What We're Looking For A patient, empathetic and resilient approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience supporting children with SEN, autism or learning difficulties is highly desirable. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential.
