About the Role
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll be immersed in every part of our business. This face-to-face role involves engaging directly with clients and customers, learning how to manage teams, and understanding what it takes to run operations effectively. From day one, you’ll be given real responsibilities and guided through structured development opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Building strong relationships with customers and providing tailored solutions through direct, face-to-face interactions.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and meet key objectives.
* Driving sales performance by confidently presenting products or services and closing deals that align with customer needs.
* Supporting the planning and execution of strategic initiatives to unlock growth opportunities.
* Learning how to lead and motivate a team, with the chance to shadow managers and develop essential leadership skills.
* Conducting market and competitor research to influence strategy and improve results.
* Contributing to a positive team environment and helping to shape our workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For:
* A 2:1 or above in a relevant degree (Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred).
* A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
* Confidence in presenting ideas and solutions in a clear, engaging way.
* A curious mindset and desire to continuously learn and grow.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office essential).
* A team player who’s proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.
