Truro and Penwith College is seeking a highly organised and proactive Pathways Team Administrator to join our Progression Pathways and SEND team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting inclusive education and student progression.
What You’ll Be Doing
•Provide administrative support to the Head of Pathways and wider team
•Provide a calm, reassuring, and consistent presence to support SEND learners in their daily activities.
•Coordinate timetables, student data, and attendance monitoring
•Organise events including Annual Reviews, open days, and learner voice activities
What We’re Looking For
•Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
•Excellent communication and organisational abilities
•Professional, reliable, and diplomatic approach
•Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
•Experience in educational administration is desirable
