We are looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to join the team of an established company. This fixed‑term role will run until the end of August 2027 and offers a hybrid working arrangement with flexible start times. You will support the coordination of learning and training programmes and help create a learning culture across the organisation.

* Solihull – hybrid working
* Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum
* Fixed‑term contract until August 2027
Responsibilities
* Plan training programmes – schedule courses, workshops, and learning sessions.
* Coordinate instructors or trainers – communicate with teachers, trainers, and subject experts.
* Manage learning materials – organise resources, documents, and online learning platforms.
* Track learner progress – monitor attendance, completion rates, and feedback.
* Support learners – answer questions and help people access learning resources.
* Update the system with certificates and qualifications as needed.
* Raise purchase orders.
Qualifications
* Experience as a learning programme coordinator or in a similar role.
* Experience raising purchase orders and carrying out general administrative tasks.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
