Role Summary

Due to strategic growth initiatives, Our Client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead their commercial aircraft sales operations. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to influence major business growth, build key client relationships, and shape the company's future success in this highly competitive industry.


Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base within the commercial aircraft sector.
* Identify and engage prospective customers, nurturing long-term relationships.
* Lead negotiations and secure new sales contracts aligned with organisational goals.
* Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasting.
* Present solutions and proposals to clients, demonstrating technical and commercial viability.
* Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings.
* Proven experience in sales within the aerospace, aviation, or related industries.
* Strong understanding of commercial aircraft systems, specifications, and market dynamics.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop strategic plans and drive their execution.
* Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing key accounts.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Industry recognised sales or technical certifications.
* Fluency in additional languages relevant to key markets.
* Experience working in multinational or complex organisational environments.
* Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to aviation and aerospace.
