Location: Central London
Salary: £18,000 Basic + £30,000 3-Month Guarantee + £35,000 OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm | 1 in 2 Saturdays 10am-2pm
Transport: Pooled car available from the office
Responsibilities:
* Source and secure new tenants for properties
* Negotiate rental agreements and manage the letting process
* Maintain relationships with landlords
* Respond to enquiries and provide excellent customer service
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations
* Meet and exceed performance targets
Requirements:
* Experience within a relevant sales position (property experience not required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work within Prime Central London market dealing with HNWIs
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
* Self-motivated with a focus on achieving goals
Package:
* £18,000 basic salary
* £30,000 earnings guarantee for the first 3 months
* £35,000+ On Target Earnings
* Pooled company car available from the office

* 1 in 2 weekends
