Contract Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Every other weekend; Monday to Saturday shifts between 9:00-18:00 and 11:00-20:00.

About the Role
As a Pharmacist, you will provide excellent customer and patient care, which goes beyond dispensing medicine to include listening, advising, and reassuring. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice.
2. Making legal and ethical decisions within the pharmacy.
3. Enhancing the pharmacy capabilities of the store team.
4. Reviewing operations through audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure safety.
5. Providing a range of professional pharmacy services.
Requirements
To succeed, you should have a professional, caring character and a genuine desire to improve. You will also need:
* Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
* High professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, patients, and external professionals.
* A passion for community pharmacy and delivering excellent care.
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
* Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and local/national services.
* Excellent communication skills to meet diverse customer and patient needs.
