What youll do
* Be thesustainability championwho sparks change across the company.
* Own theirESG and B Corp goals, keeping them aligned with the UN Sustainability Goals.
* Drive theirSustainability Taskforceand keep projects moving.
* Turn bold ideas into measurable action from emissions reduction to smarter manufacturing.
* Make sure their work stands up to scrutiny from EcoVadis to FSC certification.
* Inspire colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to think and act sustainably.
What you bring
* 3+ yearsin a sustainability lead/coordinator role (youve walked the walk).
* Solid knowledge ofB Corp standardsand ESG reporting.
* Experience withEcoVadis(or similar), and FSC Chain of Custody.
* Hands-on compliance know-how, ideally in manufacturing.
* A genuinepassion for the planetand the drive to make a difference.
* Clear, confident communication skills that can influence at every level.
