The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor you'll play a central part in a high‑profile, multi‑million‑pound schemes focused on modernising and improving critical assets. It's an opportunity to step into a flagship programme, work with a respected contractor, and help deliver essential improvements that will support communities well into the future.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for applications, CVR's, forecasting and cost control.
* Report monthly on profit/loss, cash flow etc.
* Prepare and negotiate subcontract enquiries.
* Be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
* Have a strong understanding of NEC form of contract.
Location: You will be office based in Bristol and may be required to attend site occasionally.
Hybrid options: Flexibility of home working depending on project needs.
Salary band: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
