Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary/Benefits: £26k - £36k + Training & Benefits
Our client is a growing Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit, who are privately owned and have a friendly feel. They are recruiting for a motivated and hardworking Water Hygiene Engineer to join their team. Daily duties will consist of: TMV servicing, cleans/disinfections on tanks and routine water sampling and temperature monitoring. Our client is able to consider candidates with a basic foundation of water hygiene experience, who would like to grow on their skillset / industry knowledge, as they are able to offer countless training opportunities. Experience / Qualifications:
* Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer
* Excellent industry knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
* Hardworking attitude
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Proficient in using IT software
* Good time-keeping skills
The Role:
* Attending client sites to conduct a variety of pre-planned ACOP L8 compliance duties
* TMV servicing
* Inspections, cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks
* Showerhead disinfections
* Basic flushing on little used outlets
* Sampling from closed systems
* Chemical dosing
* Chlorinations
* Producing regular service reports
