We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for:


* Working alongside our clients as a valued partner who can be relied upon to provide solutions based on a deep understanding of their world (their goals, priorities, brand, strategy and competition)
* Ensuring the client’s needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded
* Taking ownership of all aspects of a project or initiative, including accurate resourcing, financial management and forecasting
* Maintaining organisation and efficiency, even when managing multiple projects
* Collaborating with the wider team while appreciating everyone’s important role within the agency, sharing responsibility and supporting each other


We believe someone with the following experience could be a good match for this role:


* Degree-level qualification in a relevant science
* Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager in a medical communications agency
* Ability to remain organised with a high level of attention to detail, even when managing multiple projects
* Always approachable, with a respectful and honest outlook
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Solution-orientated attitude
