ABOUT THE ROLE

At the Bamford Collection, we are committed to creating products and experiences that nurture the body and mind while respecting the planet. As our wholesale partnerships continue to grow across the UK and internationally, we are seeking an experienced and inspiring Senior Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of world-class spa and retail training across our partner network.

This exciting role will play an integral part in elevating brand standards globally, ensuring our partners deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the Bamford philosophy. Flexibility to travel internationally is essential.

This is a fulltime role 40 hours per week and based at the Daylesford Farm office 5 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design and implement a global wholesale training strategy that supports commercial growth, partner performance, and brand integrity across spa and retail environments.

* Define, uphold, and embed brand standards across spa treatments, retail selling, and overall client experience

* Design and deliver scalable onboarding, certification, and continuous development programmes for wholesale retail and spa partners

* Create and evolve training protocols for treatments, wellbeing philosophy, service rituals, and product education

* Translate new product launches and menu updates into engaging, commercially effective training modules

* Deliver high-impact in-person and virtual training across UK and international partners, supporting new openings and refresh programmes

* Collaborate with Business Development and Account Managers to enhance partner performance and occupancy

* Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and quality assurance visits

* Maintain and develop training manuals, digital learning tools, and certification processes to ensure global consistency

* Act as a brand ambassador, championing sustainability, wellbeing, and the Bamford philosophy in every interaction

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

* Proven experience in a senior training role within luxury beauty, wellness, or spa environments

* Strong background in both spa treatment training and retail product education

* Experience working with wholesale or international partners

* Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually

* Ability to translate brand philosophy into commercial and operational training frameworks

* Strategic mindset with the ability to design scalable global programmes

* Strong organisational and project management skills

* Commercial awareness and understanding of partner performance drivers

* Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally

* A genuine passion for sustainability, wellbeing, and the Bamford philosophy
