Awareness of application of other Design codes and internationally recognised standards relevant to Reactor Assembly Design and Construction with a focus on the highest reliability components.Integrity knowledge relating to integrity justifications for high reliability components, fracture mechanics knowledge, and experience managing through-life degradation mechanisms of Reactor Assembly components.the ability to effectively convey complex technical issues to senior management and supply chain stakeholders. Experience in presenting technical and safety case arguments in formal documentation.proficiency in planning, coordinating, and leading teams across functional boundaries, as well as mentoring others in technical leadership roles.
