The Benefits- Executive Search Role
£32k salary with quarterly bonuses (typically between £2-3k per quarter)

The Role- Executive Search Consultant Briefing call- gathering critical role information, identifying core competencies and clarifying client priorities.
Briefing pack + calibration interview- deliver a target list, in-depth role description and recruitment strategy.
Talent Mapping + Sourcing- ongoing creation of long-list of high-potential executives
Candidate Selection via interviews, regular client meetings and targeted informal referencing
Short-list presentation- ideally 5 qualified candidates and formal referencing
Candidate selection- offer negotiation/ placement and onboarding assistance
The Requirements- Executive Search Consultant Degree educated from a top university with a 2:1 or above
Internships highly desirable
Ambitious with a desire to build a long and successful career within the industry
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with high level stakeholders
