Candidate Specification: Must have background experience in hard landscaping, civils and/or groundworks. Project manage repairs and maintenance contracts Carry out site visits and inspections Use SOR (Schedule of Rates) codes effectively Allocate and issue jobs to operatives each morning Coordinate and oversee day-to-day repair and maintenance activities The hourly / day rate is negotiable and payment is weekly, every Friday.
