About the Role:
* Position: SEND Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant
* Location: NEWTON ABBOTT
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract Type: Long-term roles with potential to go permanent
* Working Hours: Full-time (part-time may be available depending on role)
In this role, you will work closely with children who have specific learning, physical difficulties, or additional needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically and socially.

Requirements:
* Experience supporting children with SEND (professional or personal)
* Strong interpersonal skills to connect with children and families
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting children with additional needs
* Collaborative approach working alongside teachers, parents, and professionals
* Availability to start ASAP on a full-time basis
